SSC Stands For Staff Selection Commission; it is a very important organization of the Indian government that conducts recruitment exams for various posts in various departments and ministries. SSC is considered a major body of the Department of Personnel and Training, this body is run by a chairman, two members, and a secretary-cum-controller of examinations. SSC also stands for Secondary School Certificate; this exam is conducted by many boards like CBSE and state boards for 10th-grade students. SSC was established in the year 1975; it has been active since then recruiting staff for Group B and C posts. SSC conducts various exams for this post and then finally they select the eligible candidate.
